A big congratulations to Madison O'Brien (Grade 6) whose logo creation was chosen by the Morrisville Borough Council to be used to promote the Borough's "Restaurant Week" this year! Look for Madison's logo on posters and menus around town May 27th - June 2nd!
Thank you to everyone who made the Holy Trinity School Talent Show a fun and successful evening! The students so willingly and professionally shared their talents with an excited audience of family and friends, community guests, and the HTS staff. The Talent Show capped-off a week of fun events hosted by the HTS Class of 2018 - a tropical dress down day, an ice cream sundae bar, a limbo contest, and a cool, tropical treat for all!
Congratulations to our 8th Grade students who have been named 2018 DLFF/Conwell Egan Catholic High School Scholarship recipients. This is a $2000 award that will be renewable each year at CEC. We wish the best of luck to Tyler Nix, Andrew Ashcroft, Michael Devine, Sophie Grace Putterman, Jordan Zadnik, and Jacob Neely as they graduate and move on to Conwell Egan in the fall.

Today, we celebrated Mary the Mother of Jesus with our annual May Procession and the crowning of the Blessed Mother. Our First Communion class (Grade 3)and Graduating Class (Grade 8) had special roles. Grade 1 recited the poem Lovely Lady Dressed in Blue and Grade 2 paid tribute to their own moms by telling us why they are so special.
We are thrilled to announce another HTS WIN! Members of our S.T.A.R.E. Leadership Team collaborated to create a video based on the theme of "Kids Helping Kids" for the Catholic Charities Appeal Archdiocese of Philadelphia video contest, and their entry won first place in the elementary division! We could not be prouder of our students as a whole, who truly embrace and embody the "Kids Helping Kids" sentiment. Be sure to watch our video winner on the school website homepage or on our FaceBook page!
After connecting with Cops 'n Kids of Bucks County, we were visited today by program volunteers who read to our Second Grade students and treated each to a book. We also had a special guest - Officer John Yeager of the Falls Township Police Department, who autographed the children's books - what a treat for them!
Thank you to everyone - organizers, sponsors, contributors - who made the 2018 Race for Catholic Education a huge success! This annual event is led by a team of very dedicated parents and teachers who work to raise funds through pledges. As is now tradition, on a Friday afternoon in May, we use a "Baseball Theme" complete with dress, prizes, games, trivia, music, and a ballpark picnic lunch to celebrate our school. This year, we surpassed our fundraising goal of $10,000!
Our PreK students released ladybugs at the Children’s Cottage today! This activity followed a short classroom unit on ladybugs. The children learned many interesting facts by listening to stories and watching videos. They even made ladybug headbands!
