So very many fun events were part of our Holy Trinity Halloween celebration! Faculty and Staff participated in a pumpkin-decorating contest, students in PreK through Grade 2 enjoyed treats as they paraded through the parents' "Trick or Trunk" throughout the school grounds, and all enjoyed surprise "guests" in costume all around the school!

Our Grade 1 students did a terrific job teaching us about the lives of the saints during their Parade of Saints! So many saints were represented, some familiar and some new saints to learn about - from St. Teresa of Calcutta to St. Florian to St. Maurice!

Holy Trinity School celebrated "Lights On Afterschool", sponsored by our Morrisville School District 21st Century Community Learning Center. Launched in October 2000, Lights On Afterschool is the only nationwide event celebrating afterschool programs and their role in keeping kids safe, inspiring them to learn, and helping working families.

Our students in Grades 6, 7, and 8 were visited by a guest speaker from the Bucks County Intermediate Unit. Mr. Matt Reiman explained the importance of being conscientious about their digital footprint, recognizing and dealing with cyberbullying, and being cautious about the information they choose to share online.

On Friday, October 13th under the guidance of science teachers Mrs. Valerie Myers and Mrs. Susan Smith, a team of our 7th and 8th Grade girls participated in a science tournament at Villa Joseph Marie High School in Holland, PA. The girls did a wonderful job representing Holy Trinity School!

Congratulations to the students who were recognized this month for the virtue of COURAGE - we are so blessed to have you in our school!

This month, our First Friday Mass celebrated our new school leaders: lectors, altar servers, safety patrol, STARE Leadership Team, 21st Century Learning Center ambassadors, and student technology aides and photographers were all recognized.

On Wednesday, October 4th - the feast of Saint Francis Assisi - Father Eckert blessed our animals, both real and nearly-real. Our new school mascot was also introduced to the student body - we welcome Shumba to our school! Shumba will be joining us at many of our upcoming events!
